Traditional masala chai meets nootropic powerhouse chaga mushrooms for your new go to brain boost blend! Not only is chaga great for mood, brain health and cognitive function, it is also full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties to fight off free radicals and neurotoxins! Something this good for you never tasted so good!

** See note below on who SHOULDN'T consume chaga

Just steep 1-2 TBLS in hot, NOT BOILING water for 15-20 minutes to extract chaga benefits.

Traditional Chai Preparation:

Add 2 Tbls Chai, 1 Cup Water, and 1 Cup Milk of your choosing to a small pot on the stove. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the sweetener or your choice, I like honey. Strain and enjoy!

Pro Tip: Boiling destroys many of the beneficial compounds that chaga and other herbs have to offer. If you want to use the preparation method above VS steeping the tea and adding milk at the end, simply never let the concoction come to a boil, simmer it for 5 minutes, remove it from the heat and let it steep with the lid on for 15 minutes (or longer... the longer it steeps in the warm bath the more time it has to extract all the good stuff from the chaga)
