ABOUT RFD
Rachel Frank is a Wisconsin born haute couture fashion designer turned photographer. After earning her BFA in Costume Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Rachel started her all encompassing brand of clothing, jewelry, accessories, and makeup artistry, RFD by Rachel Frank.
Always crediting nature as her biggest inspiration, RFD garments often feature real earthly elements like leaves, sticks, bark, and bones. After nearly a decade of working with photographers shooting her garments indoors, Rachel longed to do shoots with her garments out in the wild in the elements. Two years ago she got a camera, and has been walking, climbing, jumping, swimming, and stumbling through the wilderness for photoshoots ever since!
